alan Tekirova Turizm Otel i\u00e7in Nisan ay\u0131nda ihale d\u00fczenlenecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TMSF taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada, s\u00f6z konusu ihalelerin toplam muhammen bedelinin 10 milyar 550 milyon TL olarak belirlendi\u011fi bildirildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fon taraf\u0131ndan kayy\u0131m y\u00f6netiminde bulunan \u015firketlere ait tesislerin, ticari ve iktisadi b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckleriyle birlikte sat\u0131\u015fa sunulaca\u011f\u0131 belirtilirken, otellerin \u00fczerindeki t\u00fcm haciz ve rehinlerden ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u015fekilde yeni sahiplerine devredilece\u011fi ifade edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sat\u0131\u015f s\u00fcrecinin, cebri icra yoluyla a\u00e7\u0131k art\u0131rma usul\u00fcyle ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00f6nemli turizm destinasyonlar\u0131nda yer alan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck tesislere yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n yo\u011fun ilgi g\u00f6stermesinin beklendi\u011fi kaydedildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tasarruf Mevduat\u0131 Sigorta Fonu taraf\u0131ndan sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan oteller i\u00e7in ihale s\u00fcrecine ili\u015fkin takvim netle\u015fti. \u0130halelerin, Nisan ay\u0131nda \u0130stanbul\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n tekliflerini iletmesi i\u00e7in belirlenen takvime g\u00f6re, her iki otelin ihalesi ayn\u0131 g\u00fcn yap\u0131lacak ancak saatleri farkl\u0131 olacak:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Royal Teos Otel ihalesi: 21 Nisan 2026 saat 14:00<br>Tekirova Turizm Otel ihalesi: 21 Nisan 2026 saat 11:00<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teklif vermek isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n, teklif dosyalar\u0131n\u0131 en ge\u00e7 20 Nisan 2026 saat 16:00\u2019ya kadar TMSF Sat\u0131\u015f Komisyonu\u2019na kapal\u0131 zarf usul\u00fcyle teslim etmeleri gerekiyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Belirlenen takvime g\u00f6re y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek ihale s\u00fcrecinin, turizm sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nemli yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc
